About the event

“Let me guide you to a place where you can relax and let go of all your worries. Imagine yourself lying on a beautiful beach, while a soothing wave of sound washes over you. This is what a gong meditation feels like. During the session, you will be lying comfortably on a yoga mat or a blanket, while I use my skills as a healer to create a therapeutic experience using gongs, singing bowls, and bells. My purest intentions are to benefit everyone, leaving them feeling more balanced and aligned on all levels. You will leave the session feeling refreshed and awakened, and may experience an energy release that clears up past traumas and diseases. Let's take this journey together, and allow me to create a safe space for you to tune inwards and rejuvenate.” - Christopher Cole

Bio:

Christopher has practiced Traditional Chinese Medicine in Grimsby since 2006. As well as treating patients he teaches qigong and meditation, and runs a monthly community acupuncture clinic. His gong baths are informed by 50+ years of listening to music and playing instruments and caring for others.  "When I play I surrender. I surrender to the highest part of myself I have found through seedless meditation. I share that wonder and awe. Available to all, by means of my knowledge and skill with my instruments and my desire to share and encourage the healing and growth of others."
