Service Description
This method develops strength and alignment in addition to flexibility and relaxation. Lessons are designed in a monthly program, and each week is dedicated to a different group of asanas: Week 1 - Standing poses Week 2 - Forward bends Week 3 - Back bends Week 4 - Pelvic and chest opening. This practice is designed for both new and advanced students and will be suitable for all ages.
