A body-based path to complete health and self-realization. Soma practices guide us to rise above life’s challenges and navigate them with greater resilience and clarity. By reconnecting with our bodies, we reconnect with life itself. Through these practices, we awaken and release our life’s energy—learning not only to live, but to enjoy living. One of the core practices is Soma Meditation—a still, body-centered meditation focused on the HUM. This pure vibration aligns our life force with the natural rhythms of the earth and the universe. It is a physical experience, without movement, that quiets the mind and awakens the body. Modern life, trauma, and societal conditioning can sever the deep connections between our brain, body, and the greater universe. But humming—a simple, ancient sound the primal vibration of the universe—can restore this connection. It is a powerful, transformative tool. I invite you to join me in this practice.
