Access 8 Limbs: Yoga for Every Mind, Body & Spirit A Free 8-Week Drop-In Yoga Program Tuesdays, July 15 – Sept 2, 2025 | 12:30–2:30 PM So’ham Studio | 361 Jackson St W, Hamilton (2nd Floor) Access 8 Limbs is a free, welcoming yoga program designed for individuals who may face physical, age-related, or other barriers to traditional yoga classes. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking for a more accessible way to practice, this 8-week journey offers a safe, supportive space to explore movement, breath, and connection at your own pace. Drop in any time during the session — stay for five minutes or two hours — the experience is entirely yours to shape. Our experienced instructors will guide gentle, adaptive practices inspired by the 8 Limbs of Yoga, supporting overall health, wellbeing, and inner balance for every body and ability. 📧 Questions or need a ground-level location?
