A gentle, traditional practice featuring a set sequence of postures, pranayama, and periodic rest. Designed to promote inner balance, vitality, and deep relaxation through a holistic approach.

Nada Yoga

An ancient sound-based practice that uses vibration, tone, and deep listening to guide inner transformation. Rooted in the belief that all of existence — including the self — is made of sound.
