Service Description
The Sivananda hatha sequence is a classical practice focusing on holding postures for longer periods, allowing you to experience a unique approach to asanas, energizing the body and calming the mind. The postures in this series are carefully designed to provide a perfect balance of strengthening and stretching your body. By maintaining a relaxed meditative state throughout the practice, you'll be able to tap into your body's wisdom and unlock a deeper sense of awareness and activation. Expect a 60 or 90-minute class consisting of proper relaxation, breathing exercises, sun salutations and asanas. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced practitioner, this class is an excellent choice for further developing your yoga practice and gaining a deeper appreciation for your body and its capabilities.
