Service Description

An extended all-levels class for developing deep body awareness. Class opens with breath work, transitions to flow and held-postures, then deepens into relaxation and somatic poses. Expect moderate exertion and deep concentration. Newcomers to yoga explore their current state of body and mind while learning a combination of traditional practices and new techniques. Experienced practitioners find an opportunity to blend traditions and explore new developments stemming from the field of neurobiology.
