Emotional and Mental Health: A crises we can transform Emotional and mental health problems are rising rapidly, affecting all ages and walks of life. They are not only in our minds but also rooted in the body, brain, and nervous system. Chronic stress, emotional repression, and unresolved trauma disrupt our biology and erode our well-being. In these five workshops, you will learn about the causes of emotional and mental suffering and how to prevent, manage, and transform them to live in peace and well-being. Course Details This is an in-person or online class series. 📍 Location: Soham Studio, 361 Jackson St. W 🕰 Schedule: 5 Wednesdays, 7:00 - 8:30 PM (Please arrive 10 minutes early). It is not necessary to attend all classes. If you’re joining online 💻, please remember to book the class to receive your Zoom link 🔗. The link will be emailed to you before the session begins. During the livestream 🎥, you can ask Dr. Jivasu questions through the chat 💬 — they’ll be shared with him to answer live during the session. Dates: Wednesday November 19th Wednesday November 26th Wednesday December 3rd Wednesday December 10th Wednesday December 17th What to Bring & Wear ✔ Wear loose, comfortable clothing ✔ Bring anything to support comfortable sitting (chair/floor) ✔ The studio is warm, but a blanket or sweater is recommended if you get cold ✔ Filtered water is available, or bring your own bottle Parking & Contribution 🅿 Free parking in parking lot on the West side of the studio + free street parking on Wednesdays 💰 Donations appreciated to cover rental costs ($10–$20 per session) 💳 Payment options: Online, cash at the door, or e-transfer to whatsup@sohamstudio.ca We look forward to sharing this journey with you!
