Service Description

Kundalini Yoga focuses on the energetic part of the body, with powerful breathing exercises, movement, mantra and meditation. This practice is accessible for all body types, ages, and experience levels. This practice has many physical and mental benefits, and when practiced correctly, can help release old habits and thought patterns, and deepen your spiritual connection. Kundalini has a direct impact on the endocrine, nervous and digestive systems, and when these systems are in balance you are better prepared for life and spend more time in a calm state rather than a reactive state. Wearing white and turbans are common practice in kundalini to symbolize devotion to the practice, however these are not required. Please bring: mat, comfortable clothes, water bottle. Optional props: cushion, towel/blanket, straps, or blocks.
