Service Description

Step into a deeper way of practicing the classic 26&2 series with Blind Hot Yoga, a Soma-inspired variation of the Original Hot Yoga. In this unique class, mirrors are set aside so the practice becomes fully somatic — guided by the teacher and rooted in your inner sensing rather than outward appearance. Over the course of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, you’ll be invited to explore strength, balance, and focus not by striving for perfection, but by learning to trust the intelligence of your own body. Without mirrors, your awareness turns inward, awakening presence and body-mind connection on a much deeper level. The room is warmed to a supportive 95°F — hot enough to promote flexibility and detoxification, yet comfortable enough to allow your nervous system to stay calm and receptive. Unlike the traditional 90-minute Bikram format, this is a 60-minute class, designed to be both accessible and challenging. In the Soma tradition, yoga is not just about form, but about listening. Every pose becomes a dialogue with your own sensations — a chance to experience how the body’s wisdom can guide you toward alignment, resilience, and clarity. What to know before class: • The studio is modeled after traditional Indian yoga halls — no showers on site. • Change rooms are available for your comfort. • Please bring your own towel for drying off after practice. • Compostable wet bags are provided for convenience. This class offers the challenge of the Bikram series with the softness of a somatic approach. You’ll leave feeling not only stronger and more open, but also more attuned to your body’s natural intelligence.
