Real Stories From Past Students

This training has truly been life-changing. I’ve taken other yoga programs before, but this one filled the gaps in my understanding that I didn’t even know I had. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned with others on my path — it was a deeply unique and meaningful experience.

Vittoria D.

The Soma Somatic Yoga Teacher Training was one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. Unlike other programs I’ve taken, it offered a grounded, science-informed path to yoga and meditation that still honored deep inner transformation. The teaching team was exceptional — wise, supportive, and genuinely caring. If you’re looking to reconnect with yourself and gain practical tools for life and teaching, this training is truly special.

Yasi G.

The Soma Yoga Teacher Training was incredibly thoughtful and well-organized — from the supportive booklets and online hub to the recordings that helped me stay on track. Over time, subtle shifts added up to real change. I now notice my body’s signals, respond with care, and feel confident guiding others. Soma has given me tools, presence, and a deeper connection to myself I didn’t know was possible. I’m so grateful for this journey.
