Service Description
Chair Yoga classes are offered at your space. Scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Classes run in a group session practicing postures in a seated and sometimes standing position with the support of a chair. Also included in the practice are breathing exercises, meditation and Qi Gong exercises. Chair yoga helps strengthen, stretch and open the spine. Massage and stimulate internal organs through light compression postures. Promotes relaxation, reduced stress and improves mental clarity. Please email or call. matt@sohamstudio.ca 289-769-9642
