Service Description

This class is based on traditional teachings involves performing a set of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room, which helps to enhance your flexibility, strengthen your muscles, and eliminate toxins from your body. By practicing this full-body workout, you'll be following a time-tested pathway to good health that has been proven effective for centuries. This class will help you tone your body, boost your mental clarity, and invigorate your spirit, leaving you feeling refreshed and energized. *This class is not practiced in the hot setting of 104 degrees. Practice is done in a warm setting. * No showers are on site. * Change rooms are available. * Please bring your own towel. * Compostable wet bags are available.
